This sounds great! Interestingly, I’ve never had panna cotta in Italy, but I did at the restaurant where I worked (we made Italian, Spanish, French and British food — it was in the UK). And I absolutely loved it. I have been meaning to make it at home (I’ve only ever made it at that restaurant).
